Sword
Drills

The old Bible race, run by a slot machine.

Bibles closed and held up. The reels land on a reference, and the first table to find it buzzes in. Tap Correct and the points go to that table; tap Wrong and the buzzers open again. Scores stay on the screen all night.

  • 2 to 50 tables, with a scoreboard that fits them all
  • Optional buzzer for each table on any phone or tablet
  • Team names show only after you approve them

Who
Am I?

A Bible character hides behind five clues, from hard to easy.

Each tap of Next Clue shows one more on the screen, and the points drop with every clue. Buzz in early for more points; a wrong guess opens the buzzers again. Every answer comes with a Scripture reference to look up together.

  • 32 characters from Genesis to Acts, 5 clues each
  • Same table buzzers, name approval and Undo as Sword Drills
  • Only your phone sees the answer early

How it works

Set up in a
couple of minutes

One screen, one phone, a room full of Bibles. Nothing to install and no account.

  1. 01

Open a game on the TV

Use the TV’s web browser, or plug a laptop into the TV or projector with HDMI. The QR code opens the table buzzers.

  2. 02

Open the remote on your phone

Go to the Leader remote link under the QR and type the room code. Your phone becomes the remote. You spin, give points, undo mistakes and change settings from there. Only your phone can run the game.

  3. 03

    Bibles up. Charge!

Split the room into tables. The first table to find the verse or name the character gets the points. Tables can buzz in from a phone if you want.

Sword Drills · Themed mode

Teach a theme while they race

Pick Themed in Settings, then choose a theme or let each round surprise you. Each round draws 2 to 4 verses from that theme. Or play Classic: any well-known verse from anywhere in the Bible. The screen shows references only, so any translation works.

FAQ

Questions

What does it cost?

Both games are free to try with up to 2 tables, no account. A Church License ($79 a year, or $9 a month) unlocks up to 50 tables, Themed rounds, longer games and every new game, on your church's screens. Students never pay. See pricing.

Do students need phones?

No. Your phone runs the game, and students play with Bibles at their tables. If you like, each table can use one phone or tablet as its buzzer and send in a team name. Names show on the screen only after you approve them.

Does it work offline?

No. The screen and the phone talk over the internet, so both need a connection (Wi-Fi or cell data). If the connection drops, scores are saved on the screen and the phone reconnects on its own.

Which Bible translation does it use?

The games show references only (like “Romans 8:28”), never the verse text, so any translation your group reads works. Who Am I? clues are written in plain words, and its answer references follow the CSB.

Do I need to sign up or install anything?

No. Open the game in a browser and scan the code.

Our room is bright. Can the screen be lighter?

Yes. In either game, open Settings on your phone and set Room lights to Lights on. The big screen switches to a light newsprint look that holds up in a bright room or on a weak projector. On the screen’s keyboard, press L.
